Unite My Heart

“Teach me Thy way, O Lord;
I will walk in Thy truth:
unite my heart to fear Thy Name.”

 Unite My Heart

Teach me Your way, O Lord, I pray
And I will walk in it,
I will not take the sinner’s path
Or in their comforts sit.

Unite my heart to fear Your Name,
Let me not go astray
That with one heart and mind I might
Walk in Your righteous way.

 Let not my heart divided be
In service rendered Thee,
I hold no part, Lord, back for me –
United let it be. 

With my whole heart I will obey
Your precepts and Your Word,
Show me the right that I might know
What You delight in, Lord.
