The Lord Is Worthy
The Lord is worthy of my trust
For He is always near –
He’ll guide and comfort, keep and guard,
So there’s no cause to fear.
The Lord is worthy of my hope
For all He says is true,
And He will bring me safe above
When life’s short day is through.
The Lord is worthy of my praise
For He is always good –
So kind and right, so faithful too
In perfect Fatherhood.
The Lord is worthy of my love
For He has loved me first –
He gave Himself to pardon me
When I was at my worst.
The Lord is worthy of my heart
For it’s His royal throne –
He cleanses it and dwells within
Because I am His own.
The Lord is worthy of my life
For He has made me new –
Lord, help me love and worship You
In everything I do.

Thank you, Christina, for these hopeful and encouraging words!
Thank you, Susan! May the Lord bless you today.
Dear Christina,
I just received your latest poem and I wanted to let you know how timely it was and how much it meant to me. I have been in and out of the hospital 3 times this past year and one hospital stay involved major surgery. During this time, I have learned to trust more and more on the Lord and I can testify that He has always been there for me through it all. The poem you sent this morning was a welcome blessing and an affirmation of His love and care. Thank you for sending me your poems,
Love and God Bless you as you use your talent to bless others,
Rose Marie
Thank you for sharing part of your story. I’m sorry you’ve been through so much this year. What a blessing that even the most difficult circumstances can show us more of the Lord’s trustworthiness and love. May He strengthen and bless you in the coming days. I hope you’ll be feeling better soon.
Love,
Christina Joy
