My Life Is Like a Vapor

My life is like a vapor –
Each day is gone so soon
My tasks are hardly finished
Before I see the moon.

So Christ has kindly offered
That He’ll accept as praise
Routines like meals and working
If done in godly ways.

Lord, help me see time passing
So I will always live
To magnify my Savior
With all the strength You give.
