In This Perplexity
I will not doubt Your way is best
For, Lord, I know it is;
The path You choose is sweetly blessed
By all Your promises.
So, Lord, I ask that You will guide
In this perplexity;
I’ll do whatever You decide –
Oh, show Your will to me.
And though the flesh may press for haste,
I’ll wait, dear Lord, on Thee;
Because Your goodness I would taste,
Your loving-kindness see.
