Go Spread the Glorious Gospel

The world is lost and broken –
They need the Lord so much,
They need His love and mercy,
They need His saving touch.

Some bask in tempting pleasures
The things of earth can bring
That fill life’s fleeting moments
Yet cost them everything.

While other folks are desperate
In search of something more,
Unhappy or despondent
They’re hurting at the core.

The Bible is the answer
And Jesus is the way –
He offers satisfaction
That never fades away.

Let those who know the Savior
Look up and see the need,
Then spread the glorious gospel
With every word and deed.
