Lord, help me remember
The things that You’ve done:
The blessings You’ve sent me,
The battles You’ve won,
Each needed provision
That shows how You care,
The guidance You’ve sent me,
The answers to prayer.
Lord, help me be grateful
For all that You’ve done
And mindful to offer
Real thanks for each one,

Lord Jesus, in your mercy
You came to earth for me;
You left your perfect splendor
With all your majesty.
You took a human body,
Felt hunger, cold, and pain,
Were hated and rejected,
And felt temptation’s strain.
Yet all the time you bore it
Without the least complaint –
No sinful thoughts or motives
Broke through your self restraint.

Come, see the empty tomb and hope
For death has been defeated,
The chains of sin are broken through,
And pardon is completed.
Come, see the empty tomb and trust
In Christ alone to save you,
Believe and call upon His Name
To claim the gift He gave you.
Come, see the empty tomb and live
For resurrection power
Will work in you and make you new
To walk with Him each hour.

Wonder of wonders our God becomes man,
So humble and lowly fulfilling God’s plan.
Despising the glory and leaving His place,
He comes to redeem us in marvelous grace.
Wonder of wonders He comes here to earth,
The son of a virgin, a peasant by birth.
He comes in a stable, a manger His bed,
By those He created is nurtured and fed.

My Savior bore that cup of wrath
Poured out on Him alone,
With none to share the awful load
That no one else had known.
He bore God’s wrath against my sin
With all of my disgrace,
And died the death that I had earned
As justice purchased grace.
He bore the pain when, for my sake,
The Father turned away,
The separation I deserved
Was laid on Him that day.

My heart was red as crimson
With sin and guilt and shame,
But through His death and triumph
My Savior cleared my name.
He took my sinful record
And washed it all away;
His blood has bought my pardon
And makes me clean today.
Now when I sin and fail Him
I come and I confess,
His grace forgives and gives me
His perfect righteousness.
