Reprogramming your Subconscious

More than 65,000 thoughts go through your head every day! Amazingly, 95% of those thoughts are from past programming. And much of that programming came before you were the age of eight!

But don’t despair if you think you can’t reprogram. Brain researcher John Assaraf explains: Read more →

Keep Your Faith Steady!

Have you ever experienced a time when you were filled with faith, believing with all your heart that what you were seeking would materialize, and then soon afterwards doubt and fear started to bombard you?

This seems to be a common scenario when it comes to exercising faith! And what we do with this doubt and fear makes all the difference to being able to actually receive what we are seeking. Read more →

Are You Willing to Fail?

“Failures, repeated failures, are finger posts on the road to achievement. One fails forward toward success.”   -C. S. Lewis

Are you willing to fail? Are you comfortable with failure? We may say we are, but truthfully, failing can be a pretty miserable outcome if we aren’t prepared for it. So, I have found some ways to keep failure low: Read more →

“I’m Not Good Enough!”

“I’m not good enough.” Have you ever said that about yourself? This is one of the most common negative self-talk statements ever said! “I’m not smart enough. I’m not attractive enough. Thoughts are Powerful!

Are you aware of the power of your thoughts? Your life may be in a state of chaos because of years of incorrect thinking. Your mind could be programmed to think in negative patterns resulting in discouragement or despondency.

My friend, Jenefer, calls this “stinky thinking.” You must come to terms with the reality that your life will not improve until your thinking does! Read more →

What are You Saying?

In hearing how people talk to and about themselves, I have often been appalled. One friend constantly called herself an idiot, while one of my clients kept telling herself that she was worthless or was never going to amount to anything. I have heard people revile against themselves relentlessly in a way they would never injure another.

I have come to firmly believe that what we say to ourselves is vitally important to our emotional, spiritual and even physical health. Why are we often our own worst enemy when it comes to how we talk about ourselves? Read more →

How Bright is Your Light?

As light diminishes in our lives, darkness results. Just as dusk on a summer day can slowly envelope us unaware, our lives can also imperceptibly move into shadow. Because this change is so gradual sometimes we don’t even realize the loss of light. What are the signs of lessening light? Confusion, tunnel vision, lack of clarity, fear-based thinking, the inward turning of our souls and lack of love, joy, contentment, faith or peace.

How do we move back into light?

Faith is What?

Faith is a principle of power we use every day of our lives. I see faith as a focused function of the mind and heart toward whatever we are seeking—be it positive or negative. In Ephesians it states: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” I would add that it is also the substance of things worried about or feared, if that is the focus of one’s life.  Read more →
